  6.     LEARN HOW TO PROGRAM IN TI BASIC...GET SOME GREAT GAMES AND
  7.     APPLICATIONS AT THE SAME TIME...REJUVINATE THAT TI NOW.

  10. Some years ago I wrote quite a few program in BASIC for the TI 99/4A
  11. computer.  I really enjoyed this machine, but unfortunately when TI
  12. dropped the machine I moved on to other areas, but I kept my machine
  13. for some time thereafter.

  15. If you are interested in programming the TI in BASIC, I am offering a
  16. booklet of my programs.  You can learn a lot about your machine and the
  17. BASIC language by typing in these simple programs.  They make full use
  18. of sound, color graphics, text and even voice synthesis, if you have
  19. the voice synthesizer attached to your machine.  Some require Extended
  20. BASIC to run.

  24. 1.  ARROW PRACTICE -- You are a young indian that wants to learn how to
  25.                       shoot a bow and arrow.  You practice by shooting
  26.                       at a moving target.
  27.  
  28. 2.  3D WEATHER GRAPH --  Set up the weather on a color graph.
  29.  
  30. 3.  ZEEKE --  Zeek need your help to get from the top of his pyramid
  31.               to the bottom with as much treasure as he can find.
  32.  
  33. 4.  RAINBOW MATH -- This is an educational counting game for young
  34.                     children.  It asks the child to count the rare
  35.                     black butterfies.  If a preselected number of
  36.                     answers is correct the child is rewarded with a pot
  37.                     of gold at the end of the rainbow.

  39. 5.  MUSIC PRINT -- This program allows the user to input frequencies
  40.                    desired for composing or transposing a song for
  41.                    the computer.  It checks to see if the user has input
  42.                    the correct notes and then plays them.  It will also
  43.                    play the completed song and then print it to a printer
  44.                    if desired.

  46. 6.  ON THE FARM -- Educational game for young children asks the child to
  47.                    give a color selection and then presents the pictures
  48.                    of the farm in color.  Speech is optional.
  49.  
  50. 7.  TELL-A-TEMP -- Educational game that asks the young user to identify
  51.                    the temprature displayed on screen thermometer.
  52.  
  53. 8.  RUDOLPH -- This is an on-screen christmas card.  Music and graphics.
  54.  
  55. 9.  VERBALS -- This program makes grammar fun.  The child is asked to
  56.                practice his knowledge of verbals.  Little creature
  57.                gobbles up the title if a wrong answer is given.  Title
  58.                can be protected if correct answers are given.

  60. 10. JUST DUCKY -- is a counting game in which the child is asked to
  61.                   add the number of ducks in the water to the number
  62.                   of ducks on land.
