  21.  GENIAL COMPUTERWARE (Box 183,
  22.  Grafton, MA 01519) is emerging as a
  23.  TI software developer to challenge
  24.  long-time leader in this field,
  25.  ASGARD SOFTWARE (Box 10306,
  26.  Rockville, MD 20850).  Both
  27.  companies' free catalogs make a
  28.  99er's mouth water.

  30.      Genial's 15 programs (by authors
  31.  Peter Hoddie, Paul Charlton, Warren
  32.  Agee, Mike Dodd, John Johnson, and
  33.  Wayne Stith) are primarily utility:
  34.  MACFLIX ($15) lets you view, print,
  35.  and save graphics created on the
  36.  Macintosh; PICTURE TRANSFER ($30)
  37.  permits viewing different graphic
  38.  files, creating slide shows,
  39.  combining multiple images, and
  40.  converting among formats (GIF, RLE,
  41.  MYART, GRAPHX, TI-ARTIST) for the
  42.  Geneve; TRIAD ($20) combines the
  43.  features of a termincal emulator,
  44.  40-column text editor, and disk
  45.  manager in one program; HYPERCOPY
  46.  ($20) is called by Genial "the final
  47.  word in disk copiers" and can copy an
  48.  SSSD in less than 35 seconds, provide
  49.  a skewing technique for faster disk
  50.  reads, format, provide multiple
  51.  copying facilities, and more;
  52.  GRAPHICS EXPANDER ($10) not only
  53.  converts between TI-ARTIST and CSGD
  54.  formats but can stretch, shrink,
  55.  mirror, and rotate graphics all in
  56.  fast assembly; GRAMPACKER ($10)
  57.  customizes GRAM emulating devices in
  58.  significant and very useful ways;
  59.  XBASHER ($10) is faster and better
  60.  than Jack Sughrue's SMALLIFYING

  68.  planner with all kinds of built-ins;
  69.  BROWSE ($10) aids in the management
  70.  of text files by permitting viewing,
  71.  printing, combining, and browsing;
  72.  PC TRANSFER's ($25) fast and
  73.  efficient way of moving data between
  74.  your TI (and/or Geneve) and an MS-DOS
  75.  machine make this an extremely
  76.  valuable tool for those 99ers who
  77.  work with IBM; GENIAL FONT PACKS ($10
  78.  each) provide a collection of 19
  79.  different fonts for use with
  80.  TI-ARTIST along with some additional
  81.  graphics programs; and FIRSTBASE
  82.  ($49.95) a full-featured database
  83.  program expected to be the only real
  84.  competition to the powerful TI-BASE
  85.  ($24.95 - Inscebot, P.O.^Box 291610,
  86.  Pt.^Orange, FL 32029), will have a
  87.  variety of exceptionally fine
  88.  database features for the TI or
  89.  Geneve.
