  45. register them individually, divide the disk fee by the number of programs.

  48. are ordering with an asterisk (*).  If your order is less than $20.00, add 
  49. $5.00 to cover the cost of handling and mailing.  Please enclose a check for 
  50. the full amount or specify you wish to receive the order COD.  All taxes are 
  51. included in the price.  Updates are furnished free upon registration.  Any 
  52. subsequent updates can be ordered at the mailing cost.
