  7.   This licence agreement affects all programs, manuals and disks of
  8.   the  editor  package  GoldED, release 0.99 or later, except files
  9.   within the support directory. Violations of  any  of  the  topics
  10.   below  will  cause  this  licence  to expire, i.e. terminate your
  11.   rights to use or otherwise handle (e.g. distribute) the package.

  13.   You  may  duplicate/distribute  the  GoldED  package  EXCEPT  THE
  14.   KEYFILE  DRAWER  as  long  as you don't charge money for it apart
  15.   from compensation for  media  expenditures.  Keyfiles  are  ©1995
  16.   Dietmar    Eilert.   You   may   NOT   distribute   keyfiles   or
  17.   keyfile-related data (i.e. the keyfile drawer).  Distribution  of
  18.   keyfiles  is a violation of copyright laws and will be prosecuted
  19.   by the copyright owner(s).

  21.   You are not allowed to include the demo version into any kind  of
  22.   software  collection  apart  from  the Amiga Library (compiled by
  23.   Fred Fish) and BBS file areas without written permission  of  the
  24.   author,   including,  but  not  limited  to,  CD  ROMs  and  disk
  25.   magazines. The demo version may not be distributed as part  of  a
  26.   bundle (e.g. bookware, disk magazine).

  28.   The  copyright  owner(s)   reserve   the   right   to   interdict
  29.   distribution at any time if the distributor fails to obey to this
  30.   licence from the copyright owner(s) point of view.

  32.   You  may  not  modify  the  package:  you  may  not  change   the
  33.   compilation,  you  may  not modify or translate files and you may
  34.   not add or remove files. All translation rights reserved.

  36.   The copyright owner(s) provide this program "as is".  The  entire
  37.   risk  of  using  this program is with you. The copyright owner(s)
  38.   won't ever be liable for damages to you - whether they arise from
  39.   the  use of this package or the inability to use it, whether they

  54.   Diese   Nutzungslizenz    betrifft    alle    Bestandteile    des
  55.   GoldED-Paketes  (Programme,  Handbücher) ab Programmversion 0.99.
  56.   Ausgenommen     sind     lediglich     die      Programme      im
  57.   'Support'-Verzeichnis.  Verletzung  eines  der  folgenden  Punkte
  58.   beendet jedes Nutzungsrecht (inklusive Vertrieb).

  60.   Sie dürfen ABGESEHEN  VOM  KEYFILE-VERZEICHNIS  das  GoldED-Paket
  61.   duplizieren    und    vertreiben,   solange   Sie   dafür   keine
  62.   Gegenleistungen  (insbesondere  Bezahlung)  verlangen,  die  über
  63.   Kompensation  des  Materialaufwandes hinausgehen. Das Keyfile und
  64.   Keyfile-bezogene Dateien  (das  Keyfile-Verzeichnis)  sind  ©1995
  65.   Dietmar    Eilert    und   dürfen   nicht   weitergeben   werden;
  66.   Zuwiderhandlungen    stellen    eine     Verletzung     geltender
  67.   Urheberrechtsgesetzte dar und werden entsprechend verfolgt.

  69.   Die  Aufnahme  der  Demo-Version  in  wie  auch  immer   geartete
  70.   Softwarezusammenstellungen   abgesehen  von  der  von  Fred  Fish
  71.   zusammengestellten Amiga Library sowie BBS  File-Areas  ist  ohne
  72.   schriftliche  Genehmigung  des  Autors  nicht zulässig, inlusive,
  73.   aber nicht beschränkt auf,  CD-ROMs  und  Diskettenmagazine.  Die
  74.   Software  darf  nicht  als Bestandteil eines Paketes oder Bundles
  75.   (Bookware, Diskettenmagazin) angeboten werden.

  77.   Die  Copyright-Inhaber  behalten  sich  das  Recht   vor,   einem
  78.   Vertreiber  die  Weitergabe  jederzeit  zu  untersagen, wenn sich
  79.   dieser  aus  der  Sicht  der  Copyright-Inhaber  nicht   an   die
  80.   Bedingungen dieser Lizenz hält.

  82.   Sie dürfen das Paket nicht modifizieren. Dies betrifft sowohl die
  83.   Zusammenstellung  als  auch  einzelne  Dateien.  Es  dürfen weder
  84.   Dateien   entfernt   noch   neue   hinzugefügt    werden.    Alle
  85.   Übersetzungsrechte vorbehalten.

  87.   Die Copyright-Inhaber stellen dieses Programm 'so wie es ist' zur
  88.   Verfügung.  Das komplette Nutzungsrisiko liegt beim Anwender. Die
  89.   Copyright-Inhaber werden nicht für Schäden  verantwortlich  sein,
  90.   die  aus  der  Nutzung  bzw. der Unmöglichkeit der Nutzung dieser
  91.   Software entstehen, ob  direkt  oder  indirekt,  inklusive  (aber
  92.   nicht  beschränkt  auf)  Datenverlust oder Erzeugung fehlerhafter
  93.   Daten.

  97.   Cette acceptation de licence se rapporte à tous les programmes, à
  98.   tous  les  manuels  et  disquettes  du  pack de l'éditeur GoldED,
  99.   version 0.99 ou supérieure, excepté les  fichiers  du  répertoire
  100.   support.  Le  non-respect d'un ou plusieurs des points ci-dessous
  101.   provoquera l'expiration de la licence, c-à-d terminera vos droits
  102.   d'utiliser ou de manipuler (ex: distribuer) ce pack.

  104.   Vous pouvez  dupliquer/distribuer  le  pack  GoldED,  EXCEPTE  LE
  105.   REPERTOIRE  KEYFILE,  tant  que  vous  ne  demandez qu'une charge
  106.   couvrant les frais de copie/ de support.  Les  fichiers-clé  sont
  107.   ©1995   Dietmar   Eilert.   Vous  NE  DEVEZ  PAS  distribuer  les
  108.   fichiers-clé ou les données se rapportant  aux  fichiers-clé.  La
  109.   distribution  des  fichiers-clé  est  une  violation  des  droits
  110.   d'auteur et les personnes violant cette règle  seront  poursuivis
  111.   par les propriétaires du copyright.

  113.   Vous n'avez pas le droit d'inclure la  version  de  démonstration
  114.   dans  une  collection  de  logiciels en dehors de l'Amiga Library
  115.   (crée par Fred Fish) et de la distribuer sur les réseaux sans une
  116.   permission  écrite  de  l'auteur.  Ceci  s'applique  aux CD-Roms,
  117.   Magazines à disquettes,... La version de  démonstration  ne  peut
  118.   pas  être  distribuée  dans  un  pack de logiciels (ex: bookware,
  119.   magazines à disquettes).

  121.   Le(s)  propriétaire(s)  du  copyright  se  réserve(nt)  le  droit
  122.   d'interdir  à  n'  importe  quel  moment  la  distribution  à  un
  123.   distributeur si celui-ci viole, du point de vue des propriétaires
  124.   du  copyright,  un  ou  plusieurs  points  de  cette licence. Les
  125.   profits  résultants  d'une  distribution  illégale  devront  être
  126.   reversés aux propriétaires du copyright.

  128.   Vous n'avez pas le droit de modifier ce pack: ne modifiez pas  la
  129.   compilation,  ne modifiez (patchez) aucun fichier. L'éditeur peut
  130.   devenir inopérationnel si vous le faîtes.

  132.   Le(s) propriétaire(s) du  copyright  fourni(ssen)t  ce  programme
  133.   "tel  quel".  Le  risque  entier de l'utilisation de ce programme
  134.   vous appartient. Le(s) propriétaire(s) du copyright ne seront pas
  135.   responsables  des  dommages  résultant  de  l'utilisation  de  ce
  136.   programmes, ni, mais  non  limité  à  celles-ci,  des  pertes  de
  137.   données  résultant  de  l'utilisation  directe ou indirecte de ce
