  12. WARNING: This is a beta version of Yak 2.0, doc and catalog files may be
  13.          uncomplete, there's no installer script. 
  14.          So, this program should be only used by Yak 1.x previous users. 
  15.          Beginners please stay away. The quality of this package is not 
  16.          the one you are used with Yak 1.x, it may contain bugs but it
  17.          is usable though.

  20. INSTALLATION:

  22. Kill Yak if you were running a version of Yak 2.0 previous to BETA 5
  23. cd Yak_2.0_Beta
  24. Convert
  25. Copy Wbstartup/Yak#? sys:WBStartup 
  26. Copy Prefs/Yak#? sys:prefs
  27. Copy Catalogs Locale:

  35. String begining by '**' are strings that have not been yet translated. No
  36. attempt was made to adapt the GUI to translated strings length, it will be
  37. done when catalogs get complete.

  48. try to put the 'Yak 2.0' string in the subject in order to help me to
  49. classify incoming e-mail.
  50. I will post updates to this package as far as I get catalogs, docs,
  51. installer scripts or bugs fixed. Thanks for testing Yak.
  52. If you find a bug in Convert, the best thing to do is to send me your
  53. s:yak.prefs and s:yak.hotkeys files with your bug report.

  115.   hotkey definition window.

  117. - If a hotkey is still unnamed, use window titles like "Set options for
  118.   <<unnamed>>" instead of just "Set options for".

  120. - New option for CycleWindows action, you can now specify a pattern on the
  121.   name of the task which handle some windows. Some examples:
  122.   To exclude ToolManger windows (docks), you can use "~(ToolManager Handler)"     
  123.   pattern. To cycle only BrowserII windows, you can use "#?BrowserII#?".
  124.   To find the name of a task attached to a window, you can use ARTM and in
  125.   the window description, you will find the name of this task on the line
  126.   "UserPort: ... mp-SigTask".

  128. - 'Blank display' has no options now, Locking was not satisfying and need
  129.    some more work, maybe back for 2.1.

  131. - Some strings modified and new for catalogs.

  136. - Sending a 'Show' event to Yak from Exchange crashed the system !
  137.  
  138. - ScreenCycling via mouse only worked if there was a window under mouse.
  139.  
  140. - WildStar and NoClick gadgets were inverted. 
  141.  
  142. - NoClick and BlackBorder (when off) were disabling their respective system
  143.   flags without testing them, so nickprefs was disabling click on drive and
  144.   Yak was reenabling it after even with NoClick off.
  145.  
  146. - Position of the bottom Bevel Box of the main window was not font
  147.   sensitive.
  148.  
  149. - Now entering the hotkey definition window disables Yak and re-enables it
  150.   after the window is closed. This is more convenient especially for mouse
  151.   cycling definitions..
  152.  
  153. - 2 new tooltypes for the prefs program to let you choose your own font for
  154.   Yak GUI independenlty from the screen font. Look at the tooltypes of
  155.   Prefs/Yak.info for some example. Warning, if the screen is not big enough
  156.   for the window to adapt itself to the specified font, Yak will use
  157.   topaz.font 8.
