Transcription: Somebody once said that you'll come to South Texas for the weather but you'll stay for the food. The climate is warm almost year-round here but the Tex-Mex food is muy caliente, hot and spicy. Enjoy tacos, tamales, by the natives even swear that fajitas were invented here. Of course South Texas is rich with other ethnic treats, passed along by German, French, Italian, Swedish and Asian immigrants. Are you as hungry as I am?
