  24.    Chuck, your products are well engineered, and reasonably priced.  You 
  25. have had a well deserved reputation for failing to respond to queries for
  26. as long as I have known about you.  Whether you wish to face the truth of
  27. this or not is your problem.  You also have a reputation for writing and 
  28. distributing some of the most impenetrable and obtuse documentation ever
  29. seen.  On several occasions, over a period of many years now, I have 
  30. requested and offered to communicate with you on these matters, and you
  31. have consistently failed to so much as acknowledge those requests or
  32. offers.
