  1. This Cd is designed to be used in conjunction with your web browser.
  2. Simply pull down your browser's FILE menu selections and 
  3. select "LOAD FILE". Select the file "INDEX.htm" and it will
  4. load the beginning page which then gives you the choices of software
  5. found on the CD. This CD supports frame capable browsers and non-frame browsers
  6. alike. Once you have found a file you want to use simply download it to your own
  7. harddrive (clicking on a link) and then use a decompression utility.
