  33. What's New In Version 1.3a
  34. -------------------------------------------
  35. Version 1.3a is a maintenance release
  36. only, it contains no new features over those
  37. contained in version 1.3. The fixes are:
  38. - bug in long filename support for files that
  39. were < 13 characters but had > 3 
  40. character extensions
  41. - fix for redraw problem in browser preferences
  42. - fix for entity auto convert which was converting
  43. the # sign in numeric entities
  44. - repair to table editor for cells > 255 characters
  45. - minor cosmetic fixes in table editor
  46. - put long file name in window title
  47. - fix for tag assistant on the first attribute of the
  48. first displayed tag when it opens

  84. Known outstanding problems:

  86. - 'Paste From...' and Undo can cause problems if 
  87. you choose a binary file to paste. For example 
  88. don't try to paste a Word document into Webber. 
  89. If you do paste a binary document, simply close 
  90. the edit window, don't try to use Undo.

  94. Webber Uninstall
  95. ----------------------------
  96. The Webber install program will automatically install 
  97. an 'uninstall' utility. This utility will remove all 
  98. files installed with Webber as well as the program 
  99. group. This utility does not remove any files created 
  100. by Webber or the Webber directory. If after running 
  101. 'uninstall' there are files remaining in the Webber 
  102. directory, you can delete them manually.
