  3.         A command consists  of  an  optional  list  of  LINE  NUMBERS,
  4.         followed  by a COMMAND LETTER, possibly followed by parameters
  5.         allowed or required for a specific  command.   Preceeding  all
  6.         this,  there  can be a GLOBAL PREFIX preceeded optionally by a
  7.         list  of  line   numbers.   Hence   the   whole   syntax   is:

  9.         [[<list>]<global prefix>][<list>]<command letter>[<stuff>]

  12.         For information about specific commands, type "hcomdir".
