  19. Version 2.1 of opcom was posted before, but it never showed up. So I
  20. post it again, because this version is more secure than the previous one.
  21. One of the enhancements is that creates a complete new environment so
  22. that no original environment variable is retained (see CERT advisory of
  23. May 27, 1992).
