  9. This is an interesting side discussion, but I am still looking for a
  10. list of POSIX.1 applications.  Sincce POSIX.1 is now and IEEE and
  11. ISO standard, and became one to promote applications portability,
  12. there should be applications developers using it.  I would like to
  13. hear individual applications that are claimed to be POSIX conforming
  14. even if there is no official list.
