- POSIX.2, Annex B, though it does contain C functions, is not currently
- part of 9945-1, but rather 9945-2. However, there is a proposal on
- the floor to move that part of POSIX.2 into POSIX.1 and POSIX.16.
- (The C interfaces would go into POSIX.16. The not-yet-written
- language-independent versions would go into POSIX.1.) As I understand
- it (don't take my word for this), those C functions would then become
- part of 9945-1.
