  14. The IEEE P1003 (POSIX) meeting scheduled for October 19-23, 1992 will be
  15. held at Utrecht in the Netherlands. A major goal of this meeting is to
  16. enable participation in the POSIX standards development process by
  17. interested parties in Europe who may be unable to attend the meetings in
  18. the US.  This preliminary announcement is being made now in order to
  19. allow sufficient time for advance planning by those wishing to attend.
  20. Specific details regarding meeting registration and schedules for
  21. individual working groups will be made available in the future.
