- It is my understanding that "XPG4 base branding", which has not yet
- been completely defined yet, will encompass POSIX 1003.1 and 1003.2.
- That is, the XPG4 version of any utility which is also found in
- POSIX.2, will conform to the POSIX.2 definition of that utility.
- This is apparently not the case with XPG3: there are XPG3 versions of
- some utilities which do not conform to the (latest draft) POSIX.2
- definition of the same utility.

- I would like to get the list of all XPG3 utilities which must change
- in order to be brought into conformance with POSIX 1003.2. Can anyone
- provide me with the list?
