- Well, some versions of 7th Edition UNIX came with a hier.7 man page,
- and thus so did some V7 derived XENIX versions.

- Then there's the AT&T SVID. Issue 1, volume 1 has a section called
- filsys(ba_env). I believe this was translated into a man page in some
- releases of SysV. There's also envvar(ba_env) and system(ba_os) which
- distill down to defining the default path as ":/bin:/usr/bin".
