  3.     From time to time, people have asked if posix drafts
  4. were available online. The answer is of course no. (don't ask me why.)
  5.     Recently I became technical editor for the working paper
  6. for a file system standard for WORM disks (roughly), done within the
  7. ANSI X3B11.1 committee. At the request of the committee, our working paper
  8. is available online in two forms; compressed postscript and plaintext
  9. (this latter would need a lot of work to format into the former but
  10. is useful for grep'ping.) The files are available by ftp from
  11. research.att.com (login as netlib, and cd research/memo).
  12.     I would recommend others who can to make their working papers
  13. similiarly available.
