- Stable Implementation Agreements (SIA), the other containing
- Working Implementation Agreements (WIA) that have not yet

- the other of these documents, but not both, and the
- documents have the same index structure. Tim Boland has a
- document detailing sources for the above documents as well
- as GOSIP documents.
