- Actually, the contact for obtaining drafts is Lisa Granoien at the
- IEEE Computer Society (+1 202-371-0101). NAPS does not distribute
- draft standards piecemeal

- each subscribers "account" as materials are shipped. The $400 is a
- ballpark figure that IEEE uses.
