  3. Standards-watchers should note that there is a new newsgroup for the
  4. Standard Generalized Markup Language (ISO 8879), comp.text.sgml.
  5. There are a couple of ANSI committees dealing with SGML-based
  6. standards for music representation (SMML) and for hypertext (HyTime, I
  7. think); I'm pretty sure that members of these committees are
  8. represented in the group.
