  9. ? Did you also get rid of the times() function?  CLK_TCK was left to
  10. 1003.1 by X3J11 for their exclusive use in converting times() results
  11. to/from seconds.  The only thing that SHOULD have been changed is that
  12. 1003.1 should not say that ANSI C <time.h> defines CLK_TCK, because it
  13. doesn't.  CLK_TCK should be defined by a 1003.1 implementation, though.
