  20. Or, contact any other X/Open vendor.  Since the conference was sponsored
  21. by AT&T, I'm not shocked if they implied that only AT&T had any support
  22. for such things.  In fact, most major computer vendors now support
  23. standard interfaces for different languages, codesets, error messages,
  24. and local customs.
