  16. Here are some summary statistics for Volume 21 of comp.std.unix.
  17. The snitch reports are responsible for 40% of postings, down from
  18. their usual 48%, due to increased traffic on other topics, such as
  19. utimbuf.
  20.  
  21. The clear winner for traffic production is 1003.4, with 58 followups
  22. to the original snitch report posting, beating all other contenders by
  23. an order of magnitude.
  24.  
  25. The numbers were generated by shell and awk scripts that follow References
  26. headers, or Subjects in exceptional cases.
