  8. The V8 newer does in fact return success (exit status 0) when the files
  9. are exactly the same age.  The name is not entirely right; it should be
  10. something like "up_to_date_with", in an ideal world.  The behavior would
  11. not appear to be a bug, since it is consistent with the wording of the
  12. manual page.
