  7. The most recent copy of the IEEE Newspaper "The Institute" has several
  8. articles on the IEEE standards process.  (Not particularly related to
  9. P1003.)  This is effectively "must" reading, as it explains several things
  10. that need to be understood by the standards-makers (us), and also points
  11. to some further required reading.
