  4. Pardon me if I've missed anything in this discussion, but has anyone 
  5. considered the possiblity of double daylight savings time - not just 
  6. two hours offset, but 2 hours in the deep of summer and one hour in
  7. spring and fall (or, one hour's saving in summer, none in fall, and 
  8. an "unsaving" in deepest winter).
