  24. There is a plan to make the current P1003 draft standard available for
  25. UUCP transfer from a well-known UUCP site, and for anonymous ftp from
  26. at least one ARPA Internet host.  The draft is being extensively
  27. revised right now, however, and cannot be made available quite yet.
