  8.    EtCetera is basically a batch language interpreter that adds a new
  9.    element to the Windows environment and allows the automation of
  10.    mundane, boring Windows 3.X applications. Similar in nature to the DOS
  11.    batch language editor, EtCetera lets you write "batch" programs within
  12.    the Windows environment. (A valuable feature which was omitted from
  13.    Windows)

  15.    EtCetera was developed out of necessity by software developer, John
  16.    Cullison, owner of Thetaware. As a technical consultant, John saw the
  17.    need for this program and decided to write EtCetera to help Windows
  18.    users accomplish tasks that could not be done within Windows itself.
