  1.   INSTALLATION
  2.   ------------
  3.   If you have Microsoft Windows, run A:SETUP.
  4.  
  5.   If you have a previous version of NoteWare, please see UPGRADE.TXT.
  6.  
  7.   If you're installing NoteWare from a floppy disk, type A:INSTALL.  
  8.   You do not need to use the INSTALL program if you downloaded NoteWare 
  9.   from a bulletin board, or installed it from a CD-ROM.

  11.   START UP (in DOS)
  12.   -----------------              
  13.   At the C: prompt, type NoteWare and press the <Enter> key.  You will see 
  14.   the following:    ╔═════════════════════════════════════╗ 
  15.                     ║  NoteWare is now resident.          ║ 
  16.                     ║  Press  Ctrl-spacebar to activate.  ║ 
  17.                     ║  To unload: type NOTEWARE/U <Enter> ║ 
  18.                     ╚═════════════════════════════════════╝

  20.   When you want to activate NoteWare, hold down the Ctrl key and press the 
  21.   spacebar.  NoteWare's Welcome Screen will greet you.  Please read the 
  22.   Welcome Screen, then start using NoteWare.  See MANUAL.TXT for complete
  23.   instructions.
