  4.     There are totally 19 modifications in this version, including
  5.         enhancements and minor bugs fixing. Most of them are transparent
  6.         to users. There are many possible enhancements on my list, but I
  7.         spent most of the time during the past two months working on DCP
  8.         and DUP. More enhancement will be done in next version.

  10.         -> Fix a bug which happens after a write operation is interrupted.
  11.         -> Fix the change line problem. When user DIR disk 1 followed by
  12.            reading and writing disk 2 then DIR again, DOS sometimes show
  13.            the directory of disk 1 not disk 2, although disk 2 has been
  14.        copied flawlessly. This is fixed in this version.
  15.         -> Fix the "long" delay problem. When DCF v4.0 encountered error
  16.            during a read or write operation and users choose to SKIP or
  17.            Retry, sometimes there is a "long" delay (about 3 seconds.)
  18.            This is unnecessary and is fixed.
  19.         -> If "analyze" is on, DCF v4.0 gives warning when user tries to
  20.            copy a low density to a high density disk but not the other way
  21.            around. In this version, DCF gives warning in both cases.
  22.         -> To make the DCF.EXE as small as possible (so that users can
  23.            load more tracks in memory instead of hard disk.) the on-line
  24.            help is removed from DCF.EXE and becomes a stand alone program.
  25.         -> Users can run DCFHELP.EXE and REGISTER.COM either on-line or
  26.            off-line.
  27.         -> If a new disk is sensed, i.e. user has already remove old disk
  28.            and insert a new one, DCF will read or write immediately without
  29.            asking user to press the enter key.

  34.     -> Fix a major bug which happens when reading a 1.2MB/1.44MB

  82.         The hot keys feature in v3.1 has problem accessing the correct drive.
  83.         The sequence of command numbers for the hot keys was hard coded with
  84.         constant values. When the number of commands increases in v3.1 those
  85.         numbers were left unchanged and wrong commands were executed.
