To install, Unzip WINIMAN and SETVAR into the directory in which you normally keep your Utility programs.
What's New in V2.00
The IF and TEST CASES have been significantly extended to allow for the check whether a file or files exists to decide the inclusion of statements in INI files rather than only on the value of a DOS environment variable. This reduces the use of the DOS environment space. Also, the special Program Manager Group specifications in the PROGMAN.INI file is recognised to allow the inclusion of specific groups depending on whether the files exist.
