  9. -Program no longer uses MUSCLE.VBX and MHSP200.VBX, which may be
  10.  removed if not needed by other programs.  Added small custom 
  11.  file WWPLUS.DLL for functions previously derived from MUSCLE.
  12. -Added "Make Current Wallpaper" function to menu on thumbnail
  13.  screen.  On 256-color displays,Wallpaper colors may be wrong
  14.  until the thumbnail or program screen is minimized.

  19. -New CTL3D module included, called CTL3DV2.DLL.  The program no
  20.  longer uses CTL3D.DLL, which may be removed if no other program
  21.  is using it.

  26. -Fixed bug that would cause GPF error when exiting the program

  30.  Windows\System directory.  Since it is possible that another
  31.  program might need them, keep a copy.

  34. -Added support for JPEG compressed files (.JPG extension).
  35.  used only for true color 24-bit files, JPEG is a "lossy"
  36.  format.  It offers small file size with the tradeoffs being
  37.  slow decompression and some loss of detail.  See the file
  38.  FORMATS.TXT for further information.
  39. -Fixed bug that caused too much memory use when non-BMP formats
  40.  are used.

  43. -Added Up/Down buttons to move a selection within the wallpaper
  44.  queue.
  45. -Added ability to expand/contract file listings to make them
  46.  easier to read.
  47. -Added Preference menu item to change wallpaper when program

  49. -Added Preference menu new feature:  Minimized program icon
  50.  may be replaced by a small form that, when clicked, will change
  51.  the wallpaper immediately.  Pressing the spacebar when the form
  52.  has the focus will also cause a wallpaper change.  The form can
  53.  be placed anywhere on screen, and will remember its location.

  55.  option.  The program now remembers directory for last queue used.
