  9.  You are granted a limited license to copy E! for Windows ONLY FOR THE TRIAL
  10.  USE OF OTHERS subject to the terms of the software license agreement
  11.  supplied with this program, and the conditions described below:

  13.  E! for Windows MUST be copied in an unmodified form and the archive file MUST
  14.  contain the following files:

  17.     INSTALL.EXE       Installation program loader
  18.     READ.ME          Information file
  19.     LHARC.EXE          The well-known archiver
  20.     LICENCE.TXT       Licence Agreement

  23.     INSTALL.LZH       Installation data
  24.     FILES1.LZH          Installation data
  25.     COPY72.BAT
  26.     or

  32. -> No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or requested by
  33.    anyone without the express written permission in advance of GIS mbH.
  34.  
  35. -> Public Domain Disk Vendors may NOT CHARGE a fee for E! for Windows
  36.    itself. However, you may load E! for Windows on a diskette or other
  37.    media for which you charge a nominal distribution fee (< $5) as long
  38.    as the conditions below are met.

  43. 1. Notify purchaser of said media prior to accepting payment that the
  44.    fee paid to acquire the media does NOT IN ANY WAY relieve purchaser
  45.    from their contractual obligation to purchase E! for Windows if
  46.    purchaser uses this program beyond the 60 day evaluation period.

  48. 2. The above statement MUST be printed on a label, or other form of
  49.    identification, that is DIRECTLY attached to the media being distributed
  50.    by ANY Public Domain or Disk Vendor without exception!
  51.  
  52. 3. When distributed on a disk (with exception of CD-ROM distribution), no
  53.    other products may be included on that disk unless instructions are given
  54.    describing how to build an installation diskette from the distributed
  55.    archive.

  57. 4. Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may post
  58.    E! for Windows for downloading by their users without written permission
  59.    ONLY AS LONG AS THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE MET.  A fee may be charged
  60.    for access to the BBS AS LONG AS NO SPECIFIC FEE IS CHARGED FOR
  61.    DOWNLOADING E! for Windows files without first obtaining the express
  62.    written permission in advance from GIS to charge such a fee.
