  8. pertaining to use of the software, and limitations 
  9. which govern this software. Please read this file 
  10. carefully. By using this software, you are agreeing 
  11. to become bound by these terms and conditions. IF YOU 
  12. DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT 
  13. USE THIS SOFTWARE, PROMPTLY RETURN THE ENTIRE PACKAGE

  17. guarantee of any type whatsoever. CDRP does not 
  18. advise nor recommend use of any program or

  40. be used on a single stand-alone workstation. It may 
  41. be used on a network as long as only one workstation 
  42. may access it at a time. Under no conditions can this 
  43. CD or any of its files be placed on a BBS. It may be 
  44. physically loaned (as in a public library or college 
  45. library) as long as no fee is charged.
