Although we published an article on free postage not too long ago, we still get requests for issue 94. In 94, I wrote about the methods of using Isopropyl Alcohol to remove cancellation marks. Well, the alcohol still works on most stamps with a few acceptions. The alcohol method will not work on stamps that are on the larger packages.
