The founder and former editor who has kept a very low profile over the past year and who still wishes to remain anonymous, has left for greener pastures. We wish him well in whatever new field of endeavour he's involved with now. It has been some time since any formal TAP policy has been stated so let me start my editorial duties with a statement on Tap policy.
