  11. jallen217: I found this terminal that I think is 
  12. trapped. There are two new wires coming out 
  13. from the bottom and leading up the pole. They 
  14. appear to be hard wired into the line. It is 
  15. impossible to open the terminal without killing the 
  16. wires. I checked the voltage of these new wires 
  17. with an analog multimeter and it buried the 
  18. needle. Any ideas what these could be? A line cut 
  19. off or shocking device of some kind? I know it 
  20. sounds far fetched by remember, I've been 
  21. sprayed with ink before!

  30. you kill the wires and open the box, it sounds.

  41. opened, get your asses out here."

  51. JCatch22: They are pretty easy to get 
  52. around....just a sec. this will require some typing

  56. JCatch22: Get some 30gauge wire (or larger) 
  57. and attach an insulated gator clip to each end. 
  58. Make two of these lengths, each one about 2 feet 
  59. long. Take a lighter of wire strippers over to the 
  60. box and strip the wires at the top, and bottom of 
  61. the box. Clip one of the wires you made on to the 
  62. top and bottom, do the same with the other wire. 
  63. Now cut the telco wire. You can open the box 
  64. with no alarm going off. You are basically just 
  65. making the wire longet so you can slide it around 
  66. the box or whatever
