Transcription: Collapsible lifeboats A and B are freed from the deckhouse roof. Second officer Lightoller and Seaman Hemming managed to drop B onto the port side of the boat deck where it lands face down. Men on the starboard try sliding A down a ramp of fours that only snap under its weight. First officer Murdock sees the water rising. These last two collapsibles will not be launched from the davits.
