  1.      This text is appended to the built in graphics driver to provide some
  2.  extra space. This comes virtually free as the driver does not take up
  3.  space in the default 64 kByte TCC small model text or data segment. On the
  4.  other hand it is useful because it permits: (1) relocating the built in
  5.  driver to a segment boundary in case the linker does not align it
  6.  properly, and (2) it allows loading a somewhat larger driver into the
  7.  space occupied by the built in driver.
