  12. This version fixes some minor bugs, and some not so minor bugs in the
  13. unix version, and adds some new functionality. This patch file should
  14. patch the stock MircoEMACS 3.11 source (contained in UE311C.ZIP and
  15. UE311H.zip) cleanly, unlike the 'A' version patch.  This version has
  16. been compiled cleanly on Ultrix, 386BSD, VMS, and DOS using MSC 6.0.
