  5.     Thank you for trying WCE V3.0A.  Windows C Editor is a multipurpose application 
  6. development tool for use with developing Windows Applications within Windows.  With features like 
  7. Program Postems, support for all languages (C, BAS, COB, FOR, PAS, etc.), MDI interface, header file, 
  8. resource file, make file and def files.
  9.  
  10.     This demo package allows you to view WCE interactively.  Although it is a working demo, two 
  11. functions of the program have been made unfunctional.  The Help feature doesn't exist along with 
  12. allowing only one compilation per project.
  13.  
  14.     If you are a novice or experienced Windows application developer, try WCE and you will see why 
  15. so many people have made the switch.  All that is required is the SDK and a Language Compiler.  For
