  29. Copying the emx development package:

  31.     You are allowed to copy the complete and unmodified emx package
  32.     (emxdev.zip, emxlib.zip, emxample.zip, emxtest.zip) if this is
  33.     done without charge.  If you want to charge a small fee for
  34.     handling etc., you have to contact the author.  If you want to
  35.     charge a big fee, you aren't allowed to copy the emx development
  36.     package.  The emxomf, emxomfar, emxomfld and listomf programs are
  37.     exceptions: the GNU General Public License (see COPYING) applies
  38.     to these programs if distributed separately from the emx
  39.     development package.

  41. Copying the emx runtime package:

  43.     Everybody is allowed to use the emx runtime package.  You are
  44.     allowed to copy the unmodified emx runtime package if you do not
  45.     charge for the distribution.

  47.     If you take money for a program you've developed with emx (or for
  48.     emx), a complimentary copy would be appreciated by the emx
  49.     author.

  51.     If you donate a complimentary copy of your program to the emx
  52.     author you are allowed to accompany that program with those
  53.     (unmodified) parts (emx.exe, emxbind.exe, emx.dll emxio.dll,
  54.     emxlibc.dll, emxwrap.dll and emxrev.cmd) of the emx runtime
  55.     package which are required by that program.  Moreover, in that
  56.     case you are allowed to copy the relevant sections of emxrt.doc
  57.     into the documentation of your program.

  66.     emxlibc.dll) and include source code for the changed parts.
