  13. This version of Windows Program Printer is for limited Shareware use only.
  14. It is a fully functional version of the actual program, with a periodic
  15. reminder to pay the author if you like the program.  To register and receive
  16. a fully licensed version (without the reminder), follow any of the options
  17. below:

  19. 1.  Register via CompuServe's SWREG forum.  You will be charged $59 and will
  20. receive the registered version of Windows Program Printer via E-Mail.

  22. 2.  Send $59 (check or money order) payable to LAMBDA Associates to the address
  23. below.  Include your CompuServe ID.  The licensed version of the Windows
  24. Program Printer w/InteliPrint will be sent to you via E-Mail.

  26. 3.  Send $59 (check or money order) payable to LAMBDA Associates to the
  27. address below.  Include a shipping address.  A distribution diskette and
  28. printed documentation will be sent to you via 1st Class mail.

  30. Registered users will receive the latest version of the Windows Program
  31. Printer w/IntelliPrint and will be eligible for free technical support
  32. for a period of 12 months (via E-Mail).
