  7.                     CBASE DISTRIBUTION APPLICATION

  9. In order to distribute cbase for profit, prior written permission must
  10. be obtained from Citadel.  The following additional restrictions apply
  11. to distribution for profit.
  12.  
  13.      - cbase may not be included on a diskette with any other
  14.        software.
  15.  
  16.      - The distribution fee is limited to $10.00.  No additional
  17.        remuneration may be accepted.
  18.  
  19.      - The distributor must make fully evident the fact that cbase
  20.        is not in the public domain, and that the fee paid to the
  21.        distributor does not apply toward the purchase of cbase.
  22.  
  23. Along with this application form, a copy of the distributor's
  24. promotional material and advertising copy should be included.
