  4.      This program and its associated DLL add a horizontal
  5. tiling facility to Turbo Pascal for Windows 1.5. The source
  6. code is included so that you can adapt the program for use
  7. with other applications.

  10. the consequences of the use of the program. There is no
  11. warranty, either explicit or implied, with this software. The
  12. author is not liable for any losses or damage, either
  13. consequent or direct, due to the use of this program.

  15. There! I've said it! It is especially important since this is
  16. the first time I have written a program using hooks and am not
  17. familiar with them at all. Suffice it to say I have used this
  18. program and continue to use without any problems so I have
  19. faith in it!

  22. Installation
  23. ------------

  25.  Copy 'tps.exe' and 'tpslib.dll' into your TPW directory and
  26. then place TPS in your program group instead of TPW.EXE. You
  27. can use the choose icon option to use the icon out of TPW.

  31. email me and I will fix as soon as possible and post an
  32. update.
