  12.  Version 8 of UBASIC has the high precision real and complex arithmetic
  13.  (up to 2600 digits) of previous versions, but adds exact rational
  14.  arithmetic and arithmetic of polynomials with complex, rational, or
  15.  modulo p coefficients, as well as string handling and limited list
  16.  handling capabilities.  In addition UBASIC has context-sensitive
  17.  on-line documentation (read ubhelp.doc for information).  The file
  18.  ubhelp.xxx that this uses is ASCII and can be printed for hard copy
  19.  documentation

  21.  The .ZIP files can be unarchived with pkunzip. If you cannot unarchive
  22.  any of these files you have probably forgotten to set filetype to binary
  23.  at some stage of your download chain (many versions of kermit also need
  24.  to be told explicitely to do a binary transfer).
