  7. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  8. before using this software.  Your use of this software you 
  9. indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and 
  10. warranty.

  12. Registered Version
  13. ---------------------
  14. One registered copy of ICCD may either be used by a single
  15. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  16. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  17. multiple people, but not both.
  18.  
  19. You may access the registered version of ICCD through a network,
  20. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  21. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  22. through the network.  For instance, if 5 different workstations
  23. will access ICCD on the network, each workstation must have its
  24. own ICCD license, regardless of whether they use ICCD at
  25. different times or concurrently.

  29. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  30. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  31. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the
  32. various hardware and software environments into which ICCD may
  33. be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS

  36. Shareware Version
  37. --------------------
  38. Evaluation and Registration
  39.  
  40. This is not free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are
  41. hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
  42. without charge for a period of 30 days.  If you use this software
  43. after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee of $10 or 50
  44. French Francs is required. Payment must me sent in *CASH* or
  45. *INTERNATIONAL* money Order directly to the author or to REGNET
  46. - The Registration Network - See the help file for more information.
  47. When payment is received you will be sent the registration code 
  48. which will unlock your version of ICCD.

  50. Unregistered use of ICCD after the 30-day evaluation period is in 
  51. violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  53. Distribution

  55. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware
  56. Version (select About from the ICCD Help menu to check) you are
  57. hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware version of
  58. this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of
  59. the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the
  60. Shareware version of the software and documentation in its
  61. unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any
  62. of the above.

  65. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
