- SupaNet Signup Troubleshooting.

- On some systems that already have the latest release
- of 'Internet Explorer 5' and/or 'Windows98 Second Edition'
- the signup process may not automatically run after the
- system restarts.

- If this is the case, the signup process can be started
- manually by following these instructions.

- 1. Make sure the 'Netline SupaNet CD' is in your CD-Rom drive.

- 2. Click the 'Start' button and select 'Run' from the start menu.

- 3. In the 'Open' box type

- x:\connect.exe
-
- where x is the letter of your CD-Rom drive
- ( Example: type D:\connect.exe if your CD-Rom is drive D )

- The system should then dial-up and log on to the 'Netline Supanet
- Signup Server' and the signup process will then proceed
- as normal.

- Alternativly you can double-click on the 'connect.exe' icon on
- the Supanet CD-Rom
