DEEP SPACE NINE: "Extreme Measures" - REV. 04/05/99 - ACT FOUR 44.
38 CONTINUED:
BASHIR
I'm afraid not.
(re: Sloan)
We have to go back in...
WORF
That would not be wise, Doctor.
SISKO
(agreeing)
Sloan's dying. We can't risk
losing you as well.
That information galvanizes Bashir to full
alertness. He immediately gets to his feet and goes
to check --
39 SLOAN
The comatose agent's face is wan, his eyes sunken.
BASHIR
He can't die. Not yet!
Bashir's eyes flash to Sloan's bio-readouts. it
takes only an instant for him to evaluate the
situation.
BASHIR
(to the N.D.)
Cordrazine. Ten milligrams.
The N.D. Nurse picks up a hypospray, and adjusts it
as Bashir quickly removes the headset from Sloan.
BANDEE
His alpha waves are attenuating.
BASHIR
(to Bandee)
Cortical stimulator.
Bandee rushes to get the stimulator. The first
Nurse puts the hypospray in Bashir's hand. He
applies the device to Sloan's neck and rechecks the
readouts. They don't look good.
BASHIR
You're not getting away from me
that easily, Sloan.
