  9.     The usual, busy lunchtime crowd. Joseph is seating 
  10.     a group of four CUSTOMERS. Unlike the last time we 
  11.     saw him deal with his patrons, Joseph's usual 
  12.     bonhomie is missing. He's subdued, preoccupied.
  13.  
  14.                     JOSEPH 
  15.             Today's special is... shrimp 
  16.             creole.
  17.  
  18.     Joseph starts to walk away, then, realizing he's 
  19.     made a mistake...
  20.  
  21.                     JOSEPH 
  22.                 (continuing) 
  23.             Actually, it's barbecued shrimp.
  24.  
  25.     But before Joseph can go on, the front door opens, 
  26.     allowing Sisko and Jake to ENTER.

  33.     Thanks to twenty-fourth century medicine, Sisko 
  34.     looks pretty good for a man who had his stomach 
  35.     sliced open less than twenty-four hours ago. Joseph 
  36.     hurries over to his side.

  38.                     JOSEPH 
  39.             Where've you been? They told me 
  40.             you were released from the 
  41.             hospital two hours ago.

  44.             I had to give a statement to 
  45.             Starfleet Security.

  47.     Joseph leads Sisko to a table. Joseph and Jake sit 
  48.     with him.
